The young, hopeful, but not too bright graduate student asked the university president how much it would cost for the best education money can buy.
After some thought, a phone call to the admissions office, and a consultation with his top professors, the university president said, "It will cost about $30,000 for a PhD."
"$30,000 for a PhD, $30,000 for a PhD," hollered the young, hopeful, but not too bright graduate student. "For $30,000...I would want at least a PhD+ ".
