I recently did a phone interview and Im really nervous about waiting to hear back to see if I got in...Im just curious to see if they decline a lot of people or accept a lot...Any thoughts?

I've never done the Disney College Program, but I've heard most people get in if there are still spots left. One of the main reasons people don't get excepted is not passing their background check. Hope I could help. =)

The acceptance rate is pretty high. When I did the college program everyone at the presentation was accepted. Its like a normal job but with magic!! lol. Just like any other job. Come prepared, look presentable, and act like you have some sense! I'm sure you will do well. Disney is really all about personality, so if that shined through, then you are good! There is no set number for acceptance into the college program. Typically, if you have a stable GPA (2.5 or higher), and were professional and personable in your interview, your odds of being are accepted are pretty good. Most folks get accepted, so don't worry too much! Good luck!

Omg I quite have mine in the modern-day at 10:30 am. lol im nervousssss. exact I quite have heard that quite in basic terms shop your voice from slurring and sounding drained because of the fact they supply the impact of being for added upbeat human beings.
