What is the belief that the proper subject matter of psychology is objectively observable behavior and nothing else?

If you are looking into behaviour there is only one disipline that will please you: behavioral psychology. The thing is, it only works in some cases not in all. It is an amazing field of study, but it has its limitation that is why we have different areas of psychology to treat differet "problems",
