If the bow is some sort of a material (other than leather or vinyl) use a Tide Pen. If its white--only use a clorox bleach pen

The Mr.Clean pen mark remover.....it really works! I had tons of pen marks on my purse and now it looks brand new again.

rubbing alcohol takes pen off of things. soak and blot.
