I am consider getting this for my wife, but are the bows too retro, or over the top? Where would you wear this top?

Out for a night on the town, dinner, club, movies, bar..............It's really beautiful, you should get it for her. I'm sure she'll find a place to wear it.

This top is really HOT! And if your wife has an amazing back then she can pull it off. If not then she can always wear a blazer or a cute jacket over it. The bows are optional.She can tie the ribbon anyway she wants.

i think the bows on this shirt are a little much, personally. i would say that I owuld wear this shirt, though, to a nice resturant or some place farely fancy. With the shirt being silk and how the shirt fits, it is a dressy shirt. You would need to be some place nice so you would not be over dressed.

well when u said bows...my first thought was no!!! but now that i have seen it, the top is very attractive and she could wear it when she goes out to a night club or for a night out with u at a nice resturant

you should get it, its really hot and assuming you go out to parties etc it would be fine for a dressing-up occasion.
where would i wear it? well i was at my friends surprise birthday party two weeks ago, i would have worn it then. i actually wore a brown backless top with a skirt though, but this would have suited aswell

I'm a fan but she has to have the perfect back or she won't be able to pull it off. She could wear it anywear with a jacket over it or she could wear it alone to a fancy(black tie or semi-dressed up)occasion.

I think this is a very beautiful and sexy top. She could wear it out for a night on the town, clubbing etc, depending on how old she is. .... she could also wear it underneath a blazer and it would look pretty too.... I think you should go for it!
