I think this is a well even match....but I think Odom have the edge.... What do you think?

Odom...when he's on, he seems like the more complete player.

I'm only able to answer because of a misspelling in your question.
Odom's better than Rashad Lewis, seeing as I never heard of that Lewis.
I know you meant Rashard Lewis, and because that's who you're actually comparing to Odom, I think they each bring different skills to their teams. Odom brings passing and Lewis brings the outside shot. Both score and rebound pretty well. You really can't go wrong with either one.

Tough call. Lewis is a better shooter but all around you have to go with Odom.

Lewis without him the Sonics suck, he brings a lot better shooting ability to them and is a better free throw shooter.
