I told my friends that I didn't want to go with them to this awesome amusement park because I have a strong feeling that something bad is going to happen to me. Them, being the a*shole friends that they are just laughed at me and told me to stop overreacting. My ancestors used to be into voodoo and things like that, and my grandparents have taught me that if something doesn't feel right, it probably feels that way for a reason.

What do you think? Am I crazy or is there something more to this?

Whatever your responses are, I'm not going with them.

you are not crazy I beleive all things happen for a reason, i was brought up to beleive we all have a special calling and some have energies inside them telling them or giving hunches about the future, but in this day in age we simply look over them or are just simply not in tune with our bodies enough to tell the diffrence between a tummy ache or something bad coming on. Now you make think the hunch was because the roller coaster was going to crash etc. but sometimes bad things are what people say to us, what you may miss at home etc. that could have a huge impact on your life. My grandma is full blooded indian, she wont talk about it much but she has dreams of the future, do you think she is crazy? Hell no shes not, it is something she inherited and I would stand on my head if she told me to. On the subject of your friends, well it seems you may have a gift and you definitly dont want NEGATIVE energy around. If they are that mean dont be around them. ya know just another one of my off the wall opinions

Gut feelings can be very powerful. I don't claim to have any special power but I've had feelings like that, some spot on...some not. I actually was sitting in my car in traffic one day and said, "I'm going to get into an accident." Not three minutes later a car sped up the road behind me and hit me. While that happened my mother saw an ambulance and told my father that I was just in a car accident.

It seems funny but if you feel strongly about it then trust yourself. Don't worry what anyone else thinks because you need to be able to count on yourself before anyone else and their opinions.

Just don't start to look for bad feelings, you can't let it consume you and make you paranoid.

you are not crazy, intuition is a very powerfull thing, i myself have a extreamly powerfull intuition, and i listen to it..

1- i ended up on the wrong highway and had an oppertunity to correct myself back on my normal route home, it was late at night and my husband was with me, for some reason i quickly felt, to stay on the wrong highway i got on by mistake, even though it ment an extra hour, when i got home my sister who was frantic, herd about a huge 22 car pile up, on the very highway i would of beenon at that same time, so yes i listen to my intuition, would i have missed it or hit it, who knows i am glad to be able to sit and write about it today

also on another note when your friends go and lets say nothing does happen, i have had that happen to me on a couple of occasions, but who knows if during that trip or event that things would of change by you being there, ie: wanted to eat, or anything even the smallest move could change time

i get the laughes sometimes to, but in the end its how you feel and you feel inside that counts, peer presure is hard to deal with always go with what you think is right for you

GOOD FOR YOU!! Never follow the crowd that's one box you'll just never fit into.. I believe what you have is genetically base . It's the same with me. At one time long ago there were super human beings on the planet. It's apart of every ones code and DNA. Some people are more susceptible to the programing of society and chose not to develop that part of themselves. Some people like us can't just stuff that and hide it away. It would be like someone who has blue eyes insisting all his life that his eyes are brown.

The trick of it is to find the balance of living in 'the world' and exploring your truth. Think about Criss Angel. He is just like you but well studied and has made a way to be exactly who he is always at any given time of day freely out in the open. He's a smart one!

Aloha.

You are NOT crazy at all. I practice voodoo and if you feel in your gut something is NOT right go with that. I believe people, especially gifted ones can feel and read things like you have. Ignore your friends and anyone else that does not agree with you.

Don't go! There is a reason. It doesn't matter if something happens to them or not. Don't take any chances. This isn't about them anyway, this is about you. When you get feelings like that, never ignore them!

stay home. Nothing may happen to them, but that doesn't mean nothing would or could have happened to you if you went. Feelings and hunches exist and it is a good thing to listen to them.

Besides, even if nothing would have happened if you went, it makes you feel better staying home. If you went, you would be stressed and worried and not enjoy yourself anyway.
