Yes I have. A big piece of ceiling fell on my head while on a school retreat when I was twelve, and when I came to, the nuns kept asking me what my name was and I didn't know...it took about ten minutes for me to remember my name and age, and all the info they were asking...lol...I will never forget the looks on their faces.
