why cant they just let her rest in peace already, its been over a week, seriously, poor things in the fridge!!! bury her next to her son, doesnt take a brain surgeon to know she wanted to be buried next to him geeeez!!!

Congrats!!!You have successfully been able to ask a simple question about this case WITHOUT getting your head ripped off and accused of having no life, and not letting the dead rest, UNLIKE myself and the 2 questions I had about the case, I was fortunate enough to hear the this when any question, such as ours, gives her the benefit of the doubt, how the hell is that considered NOT giving her peace, but on the contrary doing just that so she CAN rest in peace!! To all you people out there who cant handle any questions regarding the rights of Anna's resting place, her questionable death, the poor infant and clueless estranged 'my-daughter-disowned-me-mom ' ,I suggest you find something to do with your time instead of accusing people who have questions about it, of having no respect for the dead. Celebrity or not, she is still a human being, and her hands are in the same judicial system that ours would be if it were any one of us non-celebrities! I also happen to be in the same county that all this is taking place so it's on every waking channel here in Broward practically, and I feel that she WILL be at peace when people stop saying'who cares'? and "why do you care"? and "why not just shut up about it"? meanwhile, she sits in a freezer????Is that giving the dead any respect? well. I understand it seems harsh and seems like we have been hearing about her death alot,
which 1 she was a celebrity,ect, also They have to be sure of How & why she died. 3 they also need to find whom the baby is going to stay with as well, This is a serious case. I believe She is resting in peace already, Its her body, her soul is else where in rest.
I dont think its right for all these people coming claiming the baby thru all this, its sad, however they need to be sure and have all facts straightened out, & then of course planning the funeral arrangements ect when they have it settled.
which is also up to the family members such as her mom.

I agree 100 % but they do have to find out the cause of death. As for her mother, she should be ashamed of herself. Trying to get Anne Nicole's body so she can take it back to Texas is just not right. She needs to be buried by her son and no where else. That women has no legal rights to her and has not been a mother to Anne for years. She needs to butt out ! Anne even bought plots next to her son so when it was her time, she could be with him. Hello estranged mother, Virgie Arthur. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

I hear ya. She'll rest in peace when something else newsworthy comes along. What I dont' get is why the hell won't her mom go away? It's obvious that she has a hate for her. Looks like she's out for the publicity.

I still think Larry Birkhead is the father, and he has the right to make sure that he can get done the testing that could show this. It is Howard K. Stern that is holding things up by trying to block the DNA testing.

they will probably bury her after February 20Th. this is the date the judge in California set for her to be further examined to determine cause of death and to allow for DNA testing to be completed on her daughter dannilynn.

She was a celebrity in life and will remain so in death. Celebrities get no peace!!! Sad, but true. I think she should be able to rest in peace, but a bunch of jealous and greedy SOB's won't let her.

When there is a suspicious death, the coroner has to investigate it. Wouldn't you want to find out how someone close to you died, if the circumstances were suspicious.
