Reach out. Help someone else; become useful to others. This is a grand purpose for anyone's life. You won't have to look very far to find someone in need. The smallest gestures are like pennies they add up and before you know it you'll be making a difference in your own life as well as others. Get busy. You're needed and necessary.

Make some positive changes. Try to meet new positive people, change your living space. Change the colors you have in your house like buying a new bedspread. List what is making you miserable and one by one change it for the better.
