You didn't say when you're coming exactly but here's a site with a week's prognosis:

With the pictures/diagrams it should be pretty easy to understand although it's in Estonian.

The degrees are in Celsius, so here's a Fahrenheit/Celsius converter in case you use Farhenheit:

Can't give you real advice though for i'm not very trustworthy when it comes to temperatures and clothing, sorry.

yeah, I live in Estonia, I just came from outside....cold! I recomend pantyhose underneath! But jeans are most popular clothing item, it would be enouch, but if you come from warm country, be ready for freezer efect ;)
It's so lovely that someone wants to come here and even asks this question!
