it also came with the usb lead but the computer won,t download saying it needs data or domething

Sounds like you might need a driver for you computer. Have a look on the Motorola website and look under your phone type. Once your computer recognises your phone it should just be a case of transferring the files

Almost impossible to answer, could use blue-tooth if it has it, or infra-red if it has that, or else it may just work with a usb cable, perhaps you have to download via wap.
Really you just need to read the manual

if your phone has bluetooth, get a blue tooth stick for your computer

i have searched online for the software you need but i cant find it. you may find it best to call motorola and see if they can send you a disc. 0870-9010-555
