Its COLD in VA! Ice everywhere!
Lets seeeee.... I was in FLA just a few weeks ago and I wore White pants, High Heels and a CUTE Top- You can add a Shawl if you want!

Dressy or casual hot?
I'd say jeans with a pair of nice high heels, an off the shoulder long sleeved shirt, dangly earrings.
You can switch the jeans for some nice dress slacks if you want a dressier look.

if you want to go formal, go with a black mini dressm with a lt pink long sleeved shrug over the top. metalic pink shoes on the bottom and silver bangles will complete the look. for a casual style, go with cute capris and a cute light long sleeved shirt. happy birthday and many more! =)

Wear a longer skirt or cute pants, a nice top and high boots and a great jacket. any sort of fitted jacket. Mix and match colours too.

try a off the shoulder sweater like a soft fuzzy one, some Capri's and some knee length boots also try a belt around your waist . also those wrap around dresses with boots are sexy. happy birthday
