i can understand not wanting to break a commitment made for life, but why would u want 2 hold on 2 some 1 that doesn't want to be there. Check w ur state, in this state, u can only fight it for 1 yr and then its automatic.

well my mom is going through the same thing my dad wants a divorce but mom wants 6 more months to try to work things out. I think she is wasting her time, because dad won't go to counseling or medicine for depression or whatever. it sucks.
