Why not just type them correctly?
It might save time and look better on a resume

This is on the top of my internet-pet peeves list. "Kreative" spelling doesn't make people look "kewl", it makes them look uneducated.

Sounds like laziness to me. All that substituting numbers for (4) words and abbreviations. Just because you're on a computer doesn't mean you can't learn to read and write correctly

It's not that they CAN'T type correctly, they probably know better but CHOOSE to spell like fools.
