Time already does bend. Einsteins Theories of Relativity are all about how spacetime can be bent. At relativistic speeds (near the speed of light) you get what is called a time-dilation effect. Basically time slows down. A good example is GPS satellites. From our reference frame on Earth those satellites are constantly in motion and travelling quite fast, making them subject to BOTH Special (speed) and General (gravity) Relativity.
The upshot of all of this is that clocks on the GPS satellites tick about 38 microseconds a day faster than clocks on Earth. This is a huge problem on calculating your position on the earth, since every day your position is more and more wrong due to the satellite time being further and further in front of time on Earth. The solution was to just set the satellites up with the relativistic corrections built in, since we know exactly how much difference there is and will be. so thats a real world example of how Einstein made everyones life better, and how time 'bends' pretty much all the time, we just dont usually notice it :) link to more info on relativity below.

Sure, but the time bending effect isn't noticeable until you're traveling at a good percentage of the speed of light.

Yes "The One", Neo can.
On the real side It is physically possible and the black holes do bend space and time.
