Question about the novel " Stargirl"?

Why do you think Leo decided to let David bring Stargirl to the hotseat? Do you think the decision was good, or bad? Why?

So many people were wondering about this fascinating girl, and the show would let them know who she really was. I think this was a terrible idea because she is an absolutely innocent girl, who became intimidated by all the rude questions people asked her. It is also a good idea for the writers sake, because it does just that:exposes his character.
