Sounds to me like you have OCD. If it's something that is causing problems in your everyday life you may want to seek help to get it undercontrol. It is a real medical condition, which can be helped.

You're a perfectionist yet you dont capitalize the i? Also you missed spelled vacuum. no you are not a perfectionist just someone who likes their room clean and has to chew their food 15 times.

The gentleman above me is correct, it sounds a whole lot more like obsessive compulsive disorder. People with this condition can still have good lives, so long as the symptoms of the disease ( repetitive cleaning, patterns of behavior that feel nessecary) do not negativley affect thier lives. I would suggest doing some reading on OCD, and seeking professional help if you feel that it is impacting your life negativley.

I would agree with OCD -- if you were a perfectionist you would have proofread and spell-checked your question. The fact that you did not shows that perfectionism is not the problem.... but you should probably see a specialist about the possible OCD.

I'm not a psychologist, but I'd suggest you get information about obsessive-compulsive disorder. Vacuuming multiple times a day is unusual. For further information, see:

It seems that your perfectionism doesn't extend to spelling. You give perfectionists a bad name. "Vaccuum" indeed!

You can't be a perfectionist.
Not one capital letter in that entire question.
