when i do a search,for example,free poker,i get a list of sites to choose from.then i make my choice,say,party poker.instead of taking me to www.partypoker.com,i get sent to what looks like some sort of ad page with a totally different list of websites,none of which is party poker,please help!

Your registry has been modified by spyware bugs.
Anti-virus software will not fix this problem.
Go to www.pctools.com and get Spyware doctor and Registry mechanic. You may need to disable java to get to that website.
The free scan will quarantine the bug which will buy you time to purchase the program.
Once fixed, update the program often and scan daily.

Download an anti-spyware program such as Ad-Aware. You've got an infestation.
