Payment through credit card does not give you the option to tip them and i try my best to use credit card, but when paying with cash, I have always wondered if i need to tip them. I have asked bunch of poeple and they seem to be just as confused as I am.

The sonic where I live has just began accepting debit cards about 2 months ago, and I ran into the same situation. I usually would tip the girl because she has to carry the food...anytime there's physical labor on someone else's part, I tip...The amount just depends on how good the service was.

specific of direction you tip the waitress who brings you food, except she is impolite or does an relatively very damaging pastime. the only time I dont tip is whilst i bypass to the window and order the food and that i bypass back and get it. Even then at times if the food is actual stable and that i'm in a solid temper i visit tip the cook dinner. yet you by no potential ever tip the owner.

They make more than minimum wage. So typing them is extra generous. I'll tip if they are nice, usually just the change from the folding money. But no, they do not depend on tips.

Fast food workers love it if you tip them. Even if it is just a dollar or 50cents it is the thought that counts. Only tip if they go above and beyond for you.

You can tip if you feel like it, but they are paid minimum wage at least, so tips are not considered part of their salary (like restaurant workers who only make 2.16 and hour plus tips)

It is confusing...I do tip when I make them come outside...But I usually use the drive-thru (like today for lunch) so I don't feel like I have to tip...Don't feel bad if you don't....They make minimum wage..ss

I normally do especially if its cold outside. They do alot of walking for minumum wage. They deserve a little extra for the walking.
