Any suggestions would be helpful. Does the site look professional, is the content good, how can I get people to link to me and perhaps increase my ranking on search engines. How long should one wait before they assume that a new website is not going to make a profit?

Your site is a dot info (.info) but has no info, just products. Get some written content, add a blog, reviews of products. Let visitors to your site know about what you are selling. Get some dot info!

look first of all you update your site image free and put the specific keywords in meta tag sections and make whole site text based actually text based site less error generated so do it and start the submission like directory, blogs , classifieds and articles...that generates your site ranks high ..................
