how can I make a great smelling perfume that Isn't to strong and don't have to buy much?

you could mix essential oils, or layer different scents.

Put a little vodka (not to drink, but because it is a non-smelling alcohol base) in a glass bottle and add a few drops of essential oil of your choice (they come in a huge variety of scents) or even cloves, cinnamon sticks, lavender, sage or rosemary leaves, citrus peel, etc. Make it as strong or as weak as you like. Put the cap on tightly and let sit for a week or two. Strain it, if you put chunky stuff in it and put it into a nice bottle.

an fairly outstanding body spray is Curious through Britney Spears. She will be a touch tousled, yet her body spray is outstanding!! that is flirty and fruity and floral in only the perfect blend!! Or Haiku through Avon. those are my faves,

go to your local Hippie store they will sell oils like vanillia or lilac and other great sense that last all day!!!!
