Just tell her that right now you need to focus on school and really do not want a girlfriend, but still want her as a friend. That way she will not think that there is something wrong with her.

Well unfortunately it is going to hurt her no matter what. Just explain to her that she is your friend and you don't want to mess that up. Tell her that she is nice and you enjoy her friendship. I heard someone say that when you tell someone that you can only be friends it's like your mom telling you that your dog died and you can still keep it. I know that sounds bad but if you think about it is true. Good luck.

Umm just like ask a different girl out and then kiss her in front of Jasmine I think she'll get the picture that you don't want to date her but it might ruin your friendship or you can just wait until she moves onto a different guy or you could tell her that you don't like her or just start ignoring her or something (although ignoring her could make her like you more) or maybe you should just date her I dunno you kind of have to make that kind of desicion on your own but I hope you appreciate my input.

Be honest but gentle and don't leave room for any false hope on her part. I suggest something like 'I really like you as a friend but don't think we'd work as boyfriend/girlfriend'. It's not great but less hurtful than 'you're not my type'.

ok.... here's how you do it ... tell her in the nice's most sweetest way u can that u dont like her like that and that you aren't really interested in her that much... tell her you want to be good friends and if she hates u after words or makes u look bad in front of everyone just say.... im sorry .

if you're single, get a girl friend. that should be enough to tell her that you're not interested. you'd rather go out with someone else.
