What is Yahoo! Live TV going to be like coming in March 12th, where can I find more information about it?

I've heard they going to stream Showtime's new season finale of Fat Actress on March 7th, I want to know if Yahoo! Live TV are going to start streaming other channels like Starz!, HBO, Cinemax, MTV, VH-1 etc. US cable stations and local stations and do we have to pay for Live TV on Yahoo! I hope it free.
