Ha ha ha.... I was just telling one of my friends THAT very same comment.... There is so much gossiping, rumors and cliques at the workplace that it seems that this is High School all over again..... 12 years later! ............... with a whole bunch of old ladies!

Absolutely! The more women you cram in an office, the more gossip. It ends up with a lot of the same sniping behavior and back-stabbing we endured in high school, although, having been to college...it's not much better there! Some people are Darwinists and will do anything to make themselves look better by trashing others. Don't mix work and personal activities.

I worked at a restaurant that will remain unnamed, and the youngest employee was 18, the oldest was my General Manager whom was in his late 40's. The 18 year old got fired for screaming at our GM outside because she caught him smoking pot in his car when we had a 1/2 hour wait at the door and a backed up under staffed kitchen. I don't really know how high school that is, but its pretty sad when a Senior in high school has to tell an adult to stop smoking pot and do his job!

Offices tend to have the same clique-y nature as high school; I just try to be friend with everyone so I don't get pigeonholed into one group. But yea, offices are like high schools for grown ups.

When I worked in an office it was exactly like that. Eventually I was stabbed in the back and fired without cause. Now I work behind a bar and it's much better.

in case you like greater 'sparkling and tidy' issues to do, then you definately ought to bathe different flooring, dirt and varnish, sparkling domicile windows, have a exchange around with fixtures, organize issues in any different case, variety by your kitchen and so on Or some thing exciting, bypass out and save till you drop!
