What you're trying to do for your grandparents is very sweet and I'm sure they'll appreciate it. However, you really do need to ask them what kind of movies they enjoy watching. My grandparents are around the same age as your grandparents and they enjoy many different types of movies, from the older classics to newer comedies. If they can't give you the names of movies they like, ask who their favorite actors and actresses are, then do a search on Netflix for movies starring these performers. Maybe you'll surprise them with a movie they've never seen before starring one of their favorite entertainers.
A movie that came out recently that my grandparents really liked is "The Boynton Beach Bereavement Club." It's a romantic comedy starring actors and actresses that are in their 50's, 60's, and 70's. Maybe your grandparents would like it, too. Good luck!

To Kill a Mockingbird, Island in the Sky, The Longest Day, We're No Angels (Humphrey Bogart), Shane, Murder on the Orient Express, Advance to the Rear (comedy), Frisco Kid (Harrison Ford), Night of the Hunter (Bob Mitchum), Cape fear (Gregory Peck), so many more but this would be a good collection of Comedy, Drama, Mystery and Suspense.

I'm a classic movie collector. I would say movies in 60's, and 70's would be really cool for them.
Actors like James Brolin, Linda day George, Kathleen Quinlan, Sophia Loren, Steve McQueen.
I would first ask them who are their favorite Actor and Actresses are and take it from there. TCM.com will help you do the rest.
