Your husband is now spirit.
His attatchments are no longer material.
Whenever you think of him he will move closer to you.
When you dont think of him he is still there, but not too close as to interfere with your life

It depends on what you believe
If you believe that you go to heaven then people believe that they can look down on you and see what you are doing in your every move. But some believe that you can come back as a tree or fly or an animal, reincarnation, and they think that they can see you only when they can, like when you go near them if they can't move, or if you are a fly or something, then they can see you whenever they want.

this really depends on who you ask and what you believe.
jesus tells a story in the scriptures of a little girl who dies and everyone in the room is weeping and jesus says: she is not dead but is sleeping. so also there are many references to death as likened to being asleep ( un conscious ).
I lost my father last year and I believe he is at rest and at peace
and theres no ghosts ,, no spirit running around looking over me.
I will always remember him because the impressions he left behind will never die, and his inspiration lives in my heart.
Im sorry for your loss and I wish you well

Why do you care what he sees? Are you feeling guilty for something that you don't want him to see?
I understand wanting to stay connected with a lost loved one but think it's important to ask ourselves "why". Is it for you or for them? If for you, is it going to make you feel better about yourself, about your life without them, about moving on, about replacing them, about loving someone else. I know, a lot of things to think about, but if you have this question, then why not spend the time making the answers. You really have nothing to lose and only something to gain - progress.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My personal beliefs include those who love us still being near us and helping us get through our lives. Many people also say they see signs of a loved one's presence.

NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE ( WELL MAYBE A FEW PEOPLE DO) MY PERSONAL BELIEF IS THAT YOUR HUSBAND CAN SEE YOU IF HE'S STILL ON THIS PLANE. THOUGH MAYBE HE'S ALREADY CROSSED OVER TO ANOTHER PLANE. I GUESS IT WOULD DEPEND ON WHETHER OR NOT HE STILL HAS SOMETHING HE FEELS HE NEEDS TO DO HERE, OR IF HE THINKS YOU NEED HIM TO BE HERE. UNLESS IT'S A BRAND NEW DEATH, HE'S PROBABLY GONE ON.
I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.

There is a lot of evidence of the "afterlife" and spirits watching over us.
Unfortunately, its one of those things that we can never prove conclusively.
If you believe in him, he will be there.
