Name that Artist or photographer?

What is the name of the artist(s) or photographer(s) who does pictures primarily in sepia or black and white but adds shades of reds or pinks to roses and and other such things? Thanks!

Kim Anderson - she does children in sepia w/ some color added.

Ansel Adams is not the person you are looking for...I know what pics you are talking about though, they usually feature children. When you find out, please let me know, I have been looking for him as well.
