Since he hasnt spoke of what supposedly happened to her within a few hours of her dying, why is the circumstances of her death residing on the word of her "personal nurse" and not his word?
Why wasnt he held for questioning like they do with any other spouse when the other one dies mysteriously?

He is a suspect but they have a ton of red tape to go through because this is between two countries and three, well, now four, parties...
He is a suspect and I am as sure he is as guilty as Scott Peterson, but, like with him, they have to be sure they have as much information that is really tight to convict, he can't be tried twice for the same crime so like the Peterson thing, they want to be sure they have it right the first time...they are gathering evidence every day and they will arrest him when they have enough to convict...other wise we end up with another O.J> trial where he walks...my concern right now is that they get that baby safe...a guardian ad litem...(attorney for the child) has been assigned to this case so Howard is gonna have a tough time offing the baby too...I think I would give him about another month of free time and after that I hope the weasel rots in prison with his new big boyfriend named Bubbah...!!!!!

You make a lot of assumptions based on very little evidence. Howard K. Stern is guilty of nothing more than being a poor attorney. Daniel's death was caused by methadone, but a little bit of online research will show you that methadone has been linked to several other sudden deaths under similar circumstances. It is a tragic accident. Secondly, Anna was in poor health when she arrived in Florida - another short and simple search of the news reports shows she had a high fever and flu-like symptoms. The medical examiner found very little food in her stomach, no vomit and no sign of a drug overdose. My belief is that she took ill and died of the flu or pneumonia because she simply lacked the will to live without Daniel. Another possibility is that her "nurse" was injecting her with insulin to keep her weight down. If she took insulin, but did not ingest enough food, she could go into shock, a coma and die. Howard, I suppose, is an easy target because he admittedly depended on Anna for a living, but calling him a double murderer is just unfair. After all, he lost two friends already and may lose his child before all this is over.

Because at the moment, no one is considered a suspect. Preliminary autopsy results showed no drugs of any kind in her stomach, and no apparent evidence of long-term drug use either. It will be a few weeks or so before the full toxicology report is back. Besides that, she had a fever of 105 degrees the day before she died. That is very high, and extremely dangerous - indicates the presence of infection of some sort.

And they don't necessarily hold every spouse for questioning in every case like you see on tv. They have to have real evidence of foul play first, and right now they don't have that.

I'll admit Stern seems like one suspicious character, and he will surely be the first suspect if foul play ends up being suspected.

One thing is for sure: the whole thing is like the proverbial train wreck you can't stop watching.

Has anyone even considered that she isn't dead; and that it isn't her body; they are after all in the Bahamas. Why are they holding the body when they could do DNA test on tissue samples obtained during the autopsy? There is several questions unanswered as of yet? My biggest question is; is it really her or a look alike. After all she did have several reasons to die/disappear.

I'm sure everyone will be a suspect at some point. Maybe the cops eliminated him from suspicion. Better question: why do we care? Okay, maybe I can see why people care about her... but why do people like Courtney Love keep popping up on the news every time she gets pulled over for DUI? ... stupid trailer-trash ho... I'm still pissed I paid 15 bucks to see Hole 15 years ago. Worst show ever.

Mmm... now that's good tangent!

obviously, your NOT listening or watching the news carefully. Howard K. Stern was NOT there when Anna died. I really do not think he murdered her or drugged her, whatever. He is Anna's partner, always has, always will be. All this talk about Anna needs to quit. I am just so sick of it. The media has no respect for her, these other guys, plus the mom is just a bunch of money hungry losers who want her money. They don't care about the baby. They need to leave her alone & leave Howard alone. Let her be in peace, She's already died.

He might be. I do not know if he is a killer, but two young people have died is close proximity to him within a matter of months. There is a reason why he is trying to block DNA testing, and I think the reason is that he is not the father.

He is a lawyer, he knows what to do and what not do do, he is saving his own skin. It gets on my nerves how people have a go at people for asking questions about her, I mean she was in the public eye and a media wh0re after-all, sure there is bound to be some morbid curiousity and what's wrong with that?

I think he had something to do with her death and Daniel's death. He was there when both of them died and he's always been right on her coat tails. He should not have the baby or any part of her estate. They were not even married/related! He's guilty of something...
