I know a single guy who makes a living with his EBay store. His brother does the same. He can work in his underwear all day long. Just has to make a run to the post office every day by 5pm.

There are people who make most or all of their income off of eBay. These are the people who run actual stores.
The only one I know who makes most of their money off of eBay makes $1000+ per month. (She is married and her husband has a job, not on eBay.)

There are people who run Ebay consignment stores, people bring in their items and the sellers get a percentage. I'm not really sure how much they actually make but it is good business once you've built up your reputation.

Depends. If you have something to sell, then sure! Why not? But no one makes a living (not a good one, anyway) JUST from eBay. You have to start with something.

Yes...some do. It's alot of work though...more then you can imagine. The amount they make varies just as with any other business. Like any other business, income has to be reported as well.

My brother-in-law does, but he doesn't make a good living.
His wife makes the substantial income for their family.
Sorry, I don't know how much he makes, though.

Yes. The thieves in our area love it. It's the world's best pawn shop.
