The dead ones would be over in the seafood department or on the aisle with canned tuna and sardines.

the dead ones are in the hunting a fishing section, they are also freeze dried, ones in water and frozen fish too, and they are all dead

They have dead ones mixed in with the live ones sometimes. What they mean is someone wants to buy a fish. Duh!
