I believe "lit" refers to the light you would see after a gun is fired and 5-0 would be the police.

it could mean a few things..."lit up" mainly translates into getting beat down, or shot at. it depends on the context though...if someone said to me i got lit up by the 5-0, i would translate that as i got beat up or shot at by the police.
