I know this won't help, but, your description of the song is just tooo hilarious.
I could actually see you moving about and saying it.

They Call me the Breeze ... I am ready to wager my third son on it.. I was listening to this in the 70;s.
I have the cd in my hand but no song comes to mind. But I played this cd in India and I remember the woohooo now.
A JJ concert is... JJ on a black stage...under a red light... sitting stock still and just blowing you away with his Southern laid back down home pluckin', strummin', hard hitting guitar. Just bass and solid lowkey drums hidden in the dark. His lyrics are minimal but he is easy to listen to. He is one of those hidden greats ... like BB King... who inspires young musicians.
JJ is the inspiration behind Mark Knopfler and so many great guitarists. Including Clapton. He is still actively recording.
For some reason, I have an idea this is the woowooo you are looking for. I hope you follow up and let us know. A lot of woowoooos in modern music!
