Did anyone actually like the first one to even see a second one? I mean I realize it must have gone straight to DVD, but who comes up with a terrible idea like Open Water 2, and why are they still making films?

I can show my feelings for the movie so many words but I will only choose a few......IT SUCKED!!

Open Water was an enjoyable film which reminds one how nice it is to see a movie without the rigamarole of familiar Hollywood stars and their pretty faces. i applaud the makers of that movie; what a horribly frightening experience, enduring the cold, dehydration, trauma and the fear of the unknown, not to mention the known -in this case sharks. furthermore, it captures the propensity for human error or stupidity....chaos theory. sure beats seeing another sappy plotline about a couple living in some apartment in LA. if the makers want to try another one, go right ahead.

the first one was good. i don't know what open water 2 could be about as the people involved both died at the end.

First off, Open Water was a horrible movie. I hated it. Also, people make sequels to movie like this one just to make money. That's what it boils down to.

the first one was creepy. i cant believe that type of scenario could really happen! I would so freak out

How could there be a sequel?They both died at the end of part one.
