Also, automobiles have to be made so they burn fuel that doesn't add to global warming, industry has to burn cleaner fuels and there are many of them. It might take an act of Congress to get everyone to comply.

the record snow fall is coming from increased lake effect snow. See, it hasn't been cold enough to freeze the great lakes. Because they haven't frozen, they are pumping alot of humidity into the air, which means more snow for the northeast.
