if a male friend of yours ( not boyfriend at all) came to you and said we need to have a talk, i you say, about what, and he says about you shedding some pounds....... and goes well i just want when we go out that you and your sister (my twin) look like "dimes", the conversation pretty much said we were too big for his status and all this kind of stuff, i mean me and my twin sister are throwers ( track and field) so im involved and both are division one prospects, so im definitly active and healthy, but im BLACK, have a butt, thighs, the only thing i want to change ( like most women ) is my stomach, am i over reacting or is my friend really being a you know what?

If you're comfortable with yourself...and know you're not overweight and unhealthy...I'd tell him to stick it where the sun don't shine! How dare he say that you are too big to hang with?? That's no friend Ebony. That's a jerk. I'd ditch his a$$.

Why does he care of how you look? Especially if he isn't your boyrfriend.

Although most women are physically conscious, there's no reason to succumb to what a mere friend says. You're healthy, and that's far better than being not healthy.

He's being rather shallow in my opinion.
