When my cat opened the door with all four paws by jumping up, kind of like a karate move. And when I left a cottage cheese container, he literally put it on his head. He pushed it on with his front paws.

Wife and I were putting a picture-puzzle together. Once piece was missing at the end (doesn't that 'always' happen?). I got down on my hands-and-knees to search under the table for the puzzle piece, when Larry the Ragdoll cat wandered by and checked out what I was doing.
I non-chalantly, jokingly said, "go find the puzzle piece, Larry". I didn't even notice that he left, because my mind was on searching.
One (two?) minutes later Larry got right in my face and had the missing puzzle piece in his mouth (slightly wet, but very much intact).
I was absolutely "floored" (both literally and figuratively).
Larry had to have left the room, because I had the underside of the table in my view the whole time. I don't know if he hid it earlier. I don't have a clue how he knew what I was looking for, or why he would have retrieved it. to this day I am still amazed (So is my wife -- she didn't believe it at first, until she saw how animated I was).
This is a true story -- I swear!

Frankie, a snouzer, can tell time. 2 or 3 or 5 minute time-out. The latest was when I told her to let me sleep for one hour and if she'll wake me up I'll give her a treat. I pretended to be asleep and she sat in from of the clock and waited until the hour hand was on the 2. She started whinning and pulling on my shirt sleeve. I continued to play "possum" and out of pure frustration, she said "mama" two time. Frankie is 6 years old. I had her 3 days and she was totally pottytrained. She's my buddy.

I had to run to the store once while I had my dog in my car and I had my window open a little bit (barely three inches and shes fat for a pug/b. terrier) for her wihle I ran inside. I was seriously inside for like not even five minutes, and as I was walking out of the store she was running towards me. She squeezed her huge self out of that window. I was pretty surprised.

The first time she laid an egg, really! Poor bird was screaming in pain - and all of a sudden it stopped, she hopped away, and there was an egg. I was like, "Oh, crap." :D
