you always see white trash red necks with like 15 kids and the upper class couples have children when it's reasonable so if time progresses would the dumb people out breed the smart ones has this already happened?

This is horrible. And this is an educated person speaking. Let me tell you what- there is a certain truth (or belief in a "truth") in every stupid joke out there.
So, here this-
if you take all the children out of thier environments, and let the infertile educated adopt them (as though they would)
I would have to predict that you would see the same basic results from the adopted kids as from the naturally-born children of educated folk.
If you wish to prove your bias correct, then I suggest you create this experiment and get it passed by the APA. AND foot the bill.
Otherwise, put the little money you DO have somewhere your mouth ISN'T.

No, cos us smart ones invented the rod contraception that can't be removed for years,so hopefully the dumb people will be encouraged to have them inserted by the smart people.
