I was bored and got on an SMS service called lovesoulmate.com and I know it charged me once, but when i pushed the back buttonn to clear my number, it sent me another pin number as if I asked for the infor again! The number and email are fully automated and I need to talk to a real person Any suggestions on how I can reach them?

Your best bet would be to contact your credit card company. Try to get as much information as you can about the vendor/merchant and dispute the second charge. I would also cancel my account. It sounds shady.

Call the credit card company..they are your best bet.
Also, always try to use American Express.They investigate all disputes.
