Stereotyping, being considered such a negative thing for some strange reasons, is a very valuable source of knowledge. Our ancestors have gathered knowledge bit by bit about different groups and now we are expected to completely disregard it? I think we should embrace stereotypes and teach our children that certain races, ethnicities, and genders totally suck at somethings and really good at others... It will help them in the future when choosing friends, business partners, and life companions...

Things of that nature should be role modeled and taught by parents in the home! The same for sex education, ettiquette, morals/standards, responsibility for one's self/actions etc., if more parents were taking their responsibilities to teach their own kids, the schools could concentrate on academics instead of worrying about security, drugs, sex on campus, etc. I have 2 teens, one in public and one in private school and my husband and I take our jobs as parents very seriously!! Have a great day!
