NYC: need couch breakdown/re-assembly?

Help! My couch is too big for Manhattan! I had a hard time getting into my apartment. I'm going to be moving soon and someone told me there is a furniture service where they can take apart your couch and re-assemble it in your new apartment. Has anyone heard of it? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ask a local moving company. They deal with this all the time.

I was just thinking of getting some of that blow-up furniture such as couch & chairs.
