1 electrician to hold the light bulb and 11 union workers to turn the table he`s staying on........plus 2 union workers to turn switch up and down and they should take turns and smoking brakes............of course with all the benefits: medical,401 k, dental etc................WEAR PROTECTION EQUIPMENT ALL TIMES

Well, based on my knowledge I would have to say that u only need one electrician to do it. and thats so easy that you can do it yourself. Lol.
