how come other people get away with using other people's credit cards online?just wondering.?

coz ive heard alot of stories like that,and im wondering,how come they dont get caught when they use it online,considering that they have to enter their address when they buy stuff online...this happened to a friend of mine, her card was used to buy stuff online...

JUST BE CAREFUL ALOT TIMES,. THERE IS FAKE PEOPLE OUT THERE AND FAKE COMPANIES ..YOU CAN'T NEVER BE TOO CAREFUL!
