she still looks bloated. i only see one fry in the tank, and she ate the one she gave birth to in the breeding nest. she is still out about in the tank, lil stray fry is still alive but im wondering how long will it take for her to give birth?and will it hurt her to stay preggy for this long?

Just keep her comfortable, there is nothing you can do that will make her give birth sooner. Just keep her comfortable and try not to stress her out. If she is stressed she will hold on to the as long as she can, or she may even abort the fry.

mine do this all the time and they are all perfectly fine

if it's her 1st batch she may have eaten more and you just didn't see her do that

guppies stay pregnant for almost a year after becoming pregnant and you wouldn't need a male in there to keep her pregnant

Your supposed to lower the water temperature and wait for about 48 hours.

usually 28 days between batches, (same as womans cycle if ya know wat i mean.) suggest leave her in the trap with separator in place so she cant eat em n she should drop em all within 24 hours, or too many fish in tank n she holdin onto em.
