I think there will need to be some evidence brought forward that both she and her son were prescribed methadone either for pain or for heroine addiction.

No one should be on drugs like that without some serious cause.

This is why drugs like morphine and methadone are not prescribed lightly (at least here in Canada) but I suppose when you have enough money, it can buy you just about anything.

Frankly, it's just a soap opera of the rich and famous and who cares. They chose the life they wanted, they picked the people they slept with (over and over and plenty of them it seemed) so in the end....what goes around comes around and it did.

Who sends their children off gallavanting all over the world? This is what happens when you do...so hey, if people with no life want to glorify her and live precariously through the bullsh*t that was her life, that's their perogative.

I feel sorry for them as a human being...any mother would feel the pain of another mother's loss of their child, but beyond that, they sealed thier own fate by the choices they made.

If he was the killer, then it's a double tragedy still, because that is the type of people you attract especially when you seem to just be a bubble head blonde with someone else's mega-fortune waiting to be inherited. What did you think she'd attract? True love? Ha!!!

Stern was just a sheep in wolf's clothing but a wolf none-the-less. Maybe he even loved her, but her fortune was surely a major motivator.

Whether he killed her? God only knows, and time may tell.

Most likely not. But I think it is on the minds of many people.
Being an attorney himself he should have known that an attorney would be appointed for the child and if greed was the motive, there was no plan to it. It has left open the same question you ask, is Stern the killer? If he was the enabler in order for her to get these prescriptions, then there is a law regarding responsibility. Why did Howard Stern not continue his law practice? Anna was not very wealthy so what's up with this? I know that a lot of so called stars do not get their prescriptions in their name, fear of the journalists reporting.
I think Anna was hooked on these drugs and she had used them for so long, she thought one more pill won't hurt me. This happens often with people who think they can master this problem. It will catch up with you!

Being a mother who has lost a child I know the pain she had to be feeling, she may have just given up after losing her son, I believe they were really close.
THERE IS NO CLOSURE WHEN YOU LOOSE A CHILD!!

It seems awfully fishy and that very thought has crossed my mind, also. He does stand to inherit millions through Smith. And with Daniel out of the way, his claiming to be the baby's father, and Nicole out of the way, he can do what he pleases. I, and many others who think this way, may be proved wrong. In the meantime, I believe the child should be with an impartial person until the DNA results come through.
Hopefully, the true father will be brought forward through DNA testing.

I think that most of the country believes he is the killer. Everyone has a right to his/her opinion. Howard K Stern is the only similarity in the deaths of Anna Nicole and her son... go figure.

He is not a killer until a Court says so. And hence, it is not right to post such an article. Unfortunately, a number of crimes are now-a-days actually tried in the media, instead of the Court. Innocent people often get doomed because of such irresponsible actions.

That was a horrible thing to put on there. From what I understand he was not present when she passed away. Who knows? None of us where there although I do think that was inappropriate to say.

I REALLY CANT SAY WHAT HAPPENED TO HER, BUT I DO KNOW ONE THING THOUGH, THAT IF HE DID KILL HER HE NEEDS TO BE PUNISHED FOR IT. HE DONT NEED CUSTODY OF HIS BABY.
