I don't think that anyone who isn't able to spell "propellant" or "ingredients" should be even thinking about making rocket propellant.
Chemical rocket propellants are extremely dangerous. If you make one mistake you will have one bad day.
I suggest you stick to using water as your propellant. If you don't know how water can be a propellant, you should learn about that first before you try and make a chemical rocket propellant.

I probably shouldn't give you this information, but a mixture of equal parts Potassium Chlorate, Red Phosphorus, and Manganese Dioxide makes an absolutely magnificent rocket fuel for amateur rocketeers.
NOTE:THIS IS A VERY VOLATILE MIXTURE!!!
When you are ready to mix the ingredients, do so very, very gently in a refrigerated environment (household refrigerator works fine). Keep the mixture at a refrigerator temperature during fueling of the rocket. The simple heat of friction in mixing is enough to ignite in an explosive fashion.
This fuel will give your rocket a tremendous lift----10 oz. of fuel in a rocket tube of zinc or iron 2 in. indiameter and 7 in long can easily achieve a height of over 1000 feet.
BE CAREFUL

You take a bucket of distilled water and insert two copper electrodes. Make sure they don't touch each other or the sides of the bucket.
You attach the other ends of the electrodes to a car battery; one to the positive and one to the negative.
Hydrogen bubbles will form on the negative electrode and oxygen will form on the positive.
Catch the bubbles and voila! You'll have the exact same fuel they used in the Saturn V rockets that sent men to the moon.
Kids... don't try this at home... you'll put your eye out.
