I bought Quicken property mgmt last year and used it to track property I manage but it seems to be set up more for someone who owns the property and has no system built in to track owner profits. that is my main complaint among others . So have you found a better program? Please share.

I used Tenant Pro when I was doing some accounting work for a property management company. It has it limitations, and wasn't always the most user friendly, but is designed specically for non-owner property managers. Find out about it at http://www.propertyautomation.com/ or just type in www.tenantpro.com.
