Read, draw, watch a movie, take your dog for a walk, call a friend to come be bored with you, cook up something interesting in the kitchen, clean your room (fun huh?), play a computer game, do some woodworking, shoot some hoops, kick the soccer ball around, build a fort in the woods (for old time's sake), ask your mom if she needs you to run any errands for her, go to the library and find some new books on subjects that interest you, make a scrapbook, paint something, call an old friend and catch up, write poetry, try some science experiments...the list is endless.

Read a book, or write a story. . .That might sound even more boring than staring at the wall, but really when you and your imagination work together, books can be as great as the movies! And no one says it has to be the "classics!" Any book can be great. . .I liked A Single Shard, Wolf Tower and the other two in the series, Lemony Snicket's books, Harry Potter, Theif Lord. . .the library is full of great books!
Oh, and this is coming from a 17 year old. . .

Get some friends together and go out and get some exercise. Play hockey on a pond or street hockey. Go bike riding, play baseball or shoot baskets. You can even do like we use to do when I was a kid and play kick the can. It is using your feet to kick a can into an area drawn with chalk like a net would be if you were playing ice hockey.
Now go and have some fun.

You can go to pogo.com, or you can be on your yahoo messenger, join some forums online and meet people from other countries or just people from you state. You can go to the arcade or to the park and play a sport with some people (if the weather permits). But at 13 you aren't in school?
