Well.... what "they" mean by "it" is expanding is not that its expanding out, but that "new planets are created everyday".

Ummm Gary - didn't read your last question, but this one doesn't make much sense.
Sorry - but expansion of the universe DOES NOT mean the daily creation of new planets. Galaxies are rushing away from each other, as can be seen by the red shift effect - that's what it means.
You should read up on the subject before you start insulting people.
