Well, I've never heard of the Avira, but, I can tell you from personal experience with viruses, worms, and trojans that AVG free Anti-Virus program got rid of the viruses for me two different times so I know it works.

I have heard that avg free antivirus is the best and works great so i would go with avg free antivirus that's just my opinion any how but i heard it works great.
